The Design Process

Fill-out simple questions and place order
We get back with you with 3 or more designs with-in 3 days
You select the prefered Corporate Identity and send us comments
We provide unlimited revisions and deliver in all possible formats

  1. Provide us information about you
    Please provide us as much contact information as possible, so we can keep in touch with you via email and phone. Provide us a phone number incase if we need to contact you over the phone.
  2. Making the payment
    Our payments are processed by Authorize.net, Paypal or 2Checkout securely.
  3. Fill-out the questionnaire (A simple set of questions during the sign up)
    This will only take you a few minutes. We ask you a little more information about your business, products, company structure etc.
  4. Opening up a ticket on our Client Portal
    After the order is processed, we open up a ticket for you on our Client Portal so we can communicate through the ticket with you easily. Ticket updates are also sent as email notifications and you are able to reply to them as well. All the communication back and forth is archives on the ticket so we don't have to trace a whole bunch of emails to see what was discussed.
  5. Sending the initial versions
    In 3 days of your order is processed, we will send you at least 3 (possibly more) designs for your review. You can select the logo concept you like and you can send it back to us with your comments through the ticket.
  6. Unlimited revisions
    We will keep modifying the selected Corporate Identity concept until you are satisfied and send you versions for your review until you are satisfied.
  7. Final Corporate Identity delivery
    We will send you the logo in all possible formats you want so you don't have to spend any more money when you need a business card, t-shirt, or a brochure done. All you have to do is let us know which formats you need. We will also work with your printer in the event of any issues to getting the print issues resolved.
  8. Archiving your Corporate Identity
    We keep a copy of your Corporate Identity in our system so you can get it from us anytime you want it back. In the event of a hard drive crash or a network failure, you never have to worry about recovering your Corporate Identity again. Just send us a support ticket and we will get it delivered for you..
